World Day for Safety and Health at Work

Promoting Safer, Healthier Workplaces –
World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2025

As a proud national UK training provider committed to creating safer, healthier workplaces, we are supporting the World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2025.

Organised by the International Labour Organization (ILO), this annual event – observed on 28 April – highlights the importance of preventing occupational accidents and diseases globally. In 2025, the focus is on fostering a culture of safety in an ever-evolving world of work, shaped by technology, climate change, and new forms of employment.

Why This Day Matters

Every year, millions of workers suffer due to unsafe or unhealthy working conditions. By raising awareness and sharing knowledge, we can help reduce these numbers and build a work environment where everyone thrives.

A Spotlight on AI and Digitalisation

This year’s campaign shines a light on how artificial intelligence (AI) and digital tools are transforming occupational safety and health (OSH). From smart sensors that monitor air quality to AI-driven risk assessments, digitalisation presents both opportunities and challenges. Now more than ever, it's crucial that businesses stay informed and equipped to integrate these tools safely and ethically.

As part of our commitment, we’re incorporating digital risk awareness into our training programmes and offering tailored advice on managing technology-driven change in the workplace.
