KNW Training is an experienced training provider with an exemplary track record of quality training. We are a friendly team with real values, always putting the customer first. We place our main emphasis on quality, from the service we give to the processes we have in place to assure it.
KNW has a network of over 150 Instructors and Assessors, verified and managed by KNW, and all registered with awarding bodies. Each bring with them specialisms in a variety of disciplines, and they enable us to provide top-quality training courses throughout the UK.
For more information about how we work:
We have achieved outstanding scores on our Achilles audit and are proud to be certified to ISO9001 and ISO14001.
We work closely with awarding bodies such as Lantra Awards, City & Guilds, NPTC, IOSH, Highfield, NPORS, CITB & CABWI as well as having strong third-party relationships with select organisations to enable us to offer other awarding body courses to enhance our portfolio of training. We are experts in creating bespoke training courses to meet our client’s specific needs.
It is with regret that we have had to make some serious business decisions in order to keep our staff employed at KNW whilst we are going through the Coronavirus situation.
The Government assistance programmes are admirable; however, they are going to take some time to be put in to place to protect businesses. In the interim, for us to be eligible to claim the payroll assistance, we are forced to furlough our staff as per the Government rules.
Most of our March and pretty much all of April’s income has been lost, on top of the considerable income we lost due to the flooding cancellations, so our reserves are lower than normal.
We are confident that we will get through this and come out the other side stronger. In the interim we would like to ask for you to help us to make this situation work for all of us.
We will put an out of office message on our telephone system, there will not be an option to leave a message, but callers will be directed to Mandy Cope or to Carol Gill if related to finances. E-mails will be forwarded to Mandy Cope.
Can you please ask your teams to only contact KNW if there is a requirement to cancel further training or for any urgent requests? We will not be able to respond to requests to re-book training until we are clear when normal service can resume. This includes the re-opening of the awarding organisations who are also in the same situation and the relaxing of the Government rules regarding meetings of more than two people.
If it is possible please try to consolidate any requests or information from one source to send to us.
Mandy Cope, Carol Gill and Mike John will be on hand to keep things ticking over.
We will monitor the situation regularly and will keep you informed when we know anything further.
We hope you understand our situation and thank you in advance for your support.
Mike and the KNW Team
