In light of the recent national lockdown announcement of 6th January 2021, KNW Training has moved back to having most of the team working from home. There is a small team of three who have remained in the office due to personal circumstance, as well as to ensure all paperwork is processed and sent out in a timely manner.
We have VOIP phones and work on Office 365 SharePoint, therefore it is business as usual with regards to communication both internal and external.
At this time we have had no requirement to furlough any staff members and are working with our clients and instructors to ensure training continues in a Covid safe manner.
We are also working to develop and deliver as much virtual or blended learning as possible as we move through these difficult times.
