Who should do this course?
These courses are for anyone who is required to operate chainsaws, outside of forestry and arboriculture, for cross-cutting and felling small trees up to 200mm.
Course Details:
Note: Learners intending to work in the forestry and/ or arboricultural industries, or who expect to fell material over 200mm in diameter should attend the Lantra Awards training-only course CLMC42X and then be independantly assessed through NPTC. Learners must be physically fit and able to carry out the tasks required of the course programme.
Duration: CLMC41X - 4 days; CLMC41R - 2 days
Maximum: 4 learners
