Those wishing to update their skills in trailer handling and/ or satisfy health and safety legislation regarding the Safe Use of Trailers at work.
Course Details:
This course covers the legal requirements for towing on road, causes of accidents and safety code, hitches nd towing combinations, Coupling/ Un-coupling procedures, Nose weight measurement, Vehicle/ Trailer checks - on road, Trailer handling and reversing, Braking exercise
Duration: 1 day, with option to carry on and take off-road element (one day) or on- road element (one day)
Maximum: Instructor: Learner, Max 1:4 if two vehicles are available
