The course is aimed at relevant background and several years experience of agricultural, horticultural and plant machinery, intending to be nominated by a company or organisation as a competent person to carry out periodic inspection within that company or organisation.

• Relevant health & safety legislation, regulations and safe working practices and procedures, and health and safety implications of the periodic inspection.
