New Road and Street Works Qualifications - If you are working or supervising works in the highway, you could be required to hold one or more of the Street Works qualifications, depending on your job role.
The NRSWA qualifications are made up of one or many units of accreditation as follows:-
- Excavation in the Highway ( units 1,2 &3)
- Signing, Lighting and Guarding (2)
- Excavation, Backfilling and Reinstatement (1,2,3,4,5 & 6)
- Reinstatement of Hot and Cold Lay Bituminous (1,2,6 & 7)
- Reinstatement of Concrete Slabs (1,2 & 8)
- Reinstatement of Modular and Concrete Footways (1,2 & 9)
- Monitoring of Excavation in the Highway (1,10 & 11)
- Monitoring of Signing, Lighting and Guarding (10)
- Monitoring Excavation, Backfilling and Reinstatement (1,10,11,12,13 & 14)
- Monitoring Reinstatement of Bituminous Materials (1,10 & 14)
- Monitoring Reinstatements of Concrete Slabs (1,10 & 15)
- Monitoring Reinstatements of Modular & Concrete Footways (1,10 & 16)
