Expanding customised course list
A further two customised courses have been added within our Plant and Machinery division. Excavator 360 Rising Cab and Basic Oxy Acetylene Gas Cutting courses are now available.
360 Excavator Rising Cab. Course Outline: To assess and refresh experienced operators on a 360 excavator fitted with a Clamshell Bucket attachment used for handling scrap metal. Course also covers other attachments i.e magnet and grab. The course durations vary depending on candidate experience. Basic Oxy Acetylene Gas Cutting Course Course Outline: Identify Equipment & Components. Assemble equipment and test for leaks. Set Regulator Pressures to suit Nozzle and Material thickness. Use equipment to Heat components to facilitate “freezing off” and straightening. Use equipment to cut materials of varying thickness
