Crane Operator Derrick Course Outline: To assess and refresh operators on a Derrick Crane. The course is designed for; Operator’s of a Derrick Crane who have undertaken previous training and have evidence of certification. Learning Objectives • Carry out pre-shift checks • Set the machine up safely and carry out lifting operations safely and efficiently • Work in conjunction with slinger/banksman • Answer questions on all the above. Back/Hand Held Petrol Leaf Blower The course is designed for; For Novice and Experienced Operators of Back/Hand-Held Petrol Leaf Blowers. Learning Objectives: • Awareness of Physical & Health Hazards • Correct PPE • Routine Maintenance • Safe Operation of machine
